Sales are not always deals

Just because places have the big bright sign light that says sales does not mean they have the best prices. You need to look around before you buy. Sometimes it helps to shop before you buy. Also often times refurbished electronics are often time a better deal.

Also don't use the governments theory that you need to spend to save. Seriously you have to conserve to save.
